According to CBS Miami, San Francisco 49ers rookie defensive end Aldon Smith was arrested Monday night in Miami for driving under the influence of alcohol.
Smith was booked and freed on $1,000 bond.
Smith had a great rookie season in 2011 with 14 total sacks while helping the 49ers reach the NFC Championship game.
